Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem.
Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way.
Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.

WTF Are You Up To Now runs true to size and are available in medium width only. We recommend ordering the size you normally wear. If you are typically in between sizes or if you are looking for a wider size, we recommend you order one size up for the best fit.
- The upper is made of high-quality fabric, which is soft and comfortable while the sole part is made of phylon.
- Soft inside, care for ankles, not rub feet, more comfortable.
- Wear-resistant outsole, elastic and folding-resistant.
- Light-weight, about 0.5-0.85kg from small to large sizes
- Thick bottom increases, legs are longer, slimmer, versatile.
- Thread line color is black or white only.
- Each pair of shoes is custom printed, cut, and sewn just for you when you place your order – there may be small differences in the design on the seams due to the custom nature of the production process!

4. Insurance
Dingmun provides insurance coverage for every item we ship out. Note: You may be asked to sign for the package upon delivery.
5. Shipping and Delivery Problems
If a shipped order was lost or damaged, the shipping carrier must conduct an investigation. Please contact support to initiate a tracer within 10 business days of the item shipping from our warehouse. If the package cannot be located, the shipping carrier will process a claim for the package. Claims can take up to two weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to Dingmun, and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If the item(s) is no longer available, and a similar item is rejected, Dingmun will gladly refund your original payment.
If there are any noticeable discrepancies with your order or if the item delivered is the wrong item, please contact Dingmun to make any necessary corrections. Product discrepancies not notified to Dingmun within 5 days may not be eligible for replacement. Please do not use items that you believe are incorrect as it may void our ability to exchange or replace the items.
