1. Not Happy with Your Order

If you are not happy with your purchase or it seems to be different than what you expected, please contact us via email at [email protected]. Our customer service team will review your request and send out further instructions to make sure you have the best experience with your Dingmun orders.

2. Damaged or Low-Quality Items

If the product is defective or does not properly function as advertised, feel free to contact us. We will take responsibility for any damage that occurred during the production process and delivery.

To proceed with the returns & refund quickly and effectively, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures should be taken on a flat surface, with the tag and error of the items clearly displayed. We’ll send you replacements as soon as we confirm the situation, no need to return the defective ones. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in the future.

If you want a full refund instead of a replacement, your refund will be issued to the same credit card or original method of payment that you used to order. As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back in the same way it was received. Reversing a payment in this way is the fastest and most secure way to get the refund on its way back to you.

When your refund is approved, it may take from 3-10 business days for the refund to be issued. Details for each payment method are as follows

  • Paypal: 3-5 working days
  • Credit Card: up to 10 working days

The above time is counted from the time the customer begins to agree to the refund plan and does not receive another product.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Caution: This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:

    • Damage caused by accident
    • Improper care
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Break down of colors and materials due to sun exposure
    • Aftermarket modification
    • You have chosen the wrong size, wrong color, and wrong product type.
    • I ordered by mistake / I’m no longer interested.
    • At Dingmun, we specialize in printed products, including t-shirts, car decals, and floor mats. Our process involves customers ordering a sample and personalizing the product with their preferred information. Once an order is placed, we work with our printing partner to fulfill the order on demand and ship the goods to the customer. Due to our quick turnaround time, we allow customers to cancel their orders within 36 hours of placing them. However, if the product has already been printed, we cannot cancel the order.


  • Our policy may last 14 days from the arrival date. If 30 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or replacement.
  • Customers do not need to return the goods
