2. How is the delivery time calculated?

When processing with your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date:

  • Order Processing: After your payment is authorized and verified, we will start processing your order, all of our items are custom-made-to-order and handcrafted to the highest quality standards, so this process often takes 3 – 7 business days (most of orders leave the warehouse within 5 days). Please be patient with us.
  • Shipping Time: The shipping time is calculated from the date that it is shipped out, not the date when the order is placed. It may take 7 – 20 business days (depends on the destination).
    – If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. – If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

4. Insurance

Dingmun provides insurance coverage for every item we ship out. Note: You may be asked to sign for the package upon delivery.

5. Shipping and Delivery Problems

If a shipped order was lost or damaged, the shipping carrier must conduct an investigation. Please contact support to initiate a tracer within 10 business days of the item shipping from our warehouse. If the package cannot be located, the shipping carrier will process a claim for the package. Claims can take up to two weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to Dingmun, and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If the item(s) is no longer available, and a similar item is rejected, Dingmun will gladly refund your original payment.

If there are any noticeable discrepancies with your order or if the item delivered is the wrong item, please contact Dingmun to make any necessary corrections. Product discrepancies not notified to Dingmun within 5 days may not be eligible for replacement. Please do not use items that you believe are incorrect as it may void our ability to exchange or replace the items.

6. How to Track the Order?

To track your Dingmun order, please visit our website at https://dingmun.com/track-order-2/ and enter your Order ID and Billing Email in the appropriate fields. You can find this information in the order confirmation email that was sent to you after you placed your order. We encourage you to check your order status regularly for any updates or changes, including tracking information.
