1. Which countries do you ship your products to?

2. How is the delivery time calculated?

When processing with your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date:

  • Order Processing: After your payment is authorized and verified, we will start processing your order, all of our items are custom-made-to-order and handcrafted to the highest quality standards, so this process often takes 3-10 business days (most of orders leave the warehouse within 5 days), please be patient with us.
  • Shipping Time: You will receive your order from 7 – 20 business days (depends on the destination) from the date that it is shipped out, not the date when the order is placed. Most orders are delivered within 15 business days from the shipping date. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Please make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:

  • If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.
  • We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender.

3. How much is the shipping charge?

Shipping charges are estimated due to your location and the order’s weight. Some items are free shipping, so please check it out at the product page.

4. Insurance

Dingmun provides insurance coverage for every item we ship out. Note: You may be asked to sign for the package upon delivery.

5. Shipping and Delivery Problems

If a shipped order was lost or damaged, the shipping carrier must conduct an investigation. Please contact support to initiate a tracer within 10 business days of the item shipping from our warehouse. If the package cannot be located, the shipping carrier will process a claim for the package. Claims can take up to two weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to Dingmun, and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If the item(s) is no longer available, and a similar item is rejected, Dingmun will gladly refund your original payment.

If there are any noticeable discrepancies with your order or if the item delivered is the wrong item, please contact Dingmun to make any necessary corrections. Product discrepancies not notified to Dingmun within 5 days may not be eligible for replacement. Please do not use items that you believe are incorrect as it may void our ability to exchange or replace the items.
