How to measure
Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem.
Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way.
Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.

- The product consists of a microfiber polyester blend. The bottom is a TPR dot modding non-slip design, the printing surface is crystal velvet fabric
- HD Print quality is used. The sole is a cotton non-slip sole. It is washable, Thick and soft, and has hypoallergenic properties. Does not fade when washed
- Stain-resistant material makes cleaning a breeze! Use a damp cloth with mild soapy water to clean (avoid bleach) and let air dry.
- A low-profile pile height of 0.4 inches makes this rug look great in any room and is perfect for placing under furniture.
- Rugs’re arrived vacuumed sealed for protection during the shipping process. Once opened rugs may take up to 24 hours to lay flat. We recommend a light vacuuming of the rug to assist in the settling process

- We cannot accept returns and exchanges except for these reasons, your satisfaction is our priority, we are extremely sensitive to fulfilling all our duties in this regard, but we respond positively to return requests for non-arbitrary and valid reasons.
Personalized Tree of Life Odin’s Raven Mjolnir Viking Area Rug is easy to clean, hand-washable, and non-bleaching. After washing, hang to dry. The color will not fade and can be cleaned daily with a vacuum cleaner or steam iron to flatten it.

4. Insurance
Dingmun provides insurance coverage for every item we ship out. Note: You may be asked to sign for the package upon delivery.
5. Shipping and Delivery Problems
If a shipped order was lost or damaged, the shipping carrier must conduct an investigation. Please contact support to initiate a tracer within 10 business days of the item shipping from our warehouse. If the package cannot be located, the shipping carrier will process a claim for the package. Claims can take up to two weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to Dingmun, and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If the item(s) is no longer available, and a similar item is rejected, Dingmun will gladly refund your original payment.
If there are any noticeable discrepancies with your order or if the item delivered is the wrong item, please contact Dingmun to make any necessary corrections. Product discrepancies not notified to Dingmun within 5 days may not be eligible for replacement. Please do not use items that you believe are incorrect as it may void our ability to exchange or replace the items.
