Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem.
Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way.
Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.

Arrow, an esteemed honor society with a rich history spanning over a century, holds a significant place in Jason Gold Striker’s journey. During his induction night nearly 20 years ago, he vividly recalls being led through the silent woods of the Rota-Kiwan Scout Reservation in Kalamazoo, Michigan, by a troop leader adorned in a feather headdress. Gathering around a mesmerizing bonfire, scout leaders wearing masks and animal pelts chanted solemnly. The boys were instructed to guard the secrecy of the ceremony and spend a night in silent reflection amidst nature.
For Jason, who is of white heritage, it took years to comprehend the true significance of the ceremony he participated in and witnessed. While studying in college, he integrated Ojibwe songs into a musical composition he performed as a music student at Central Michigan University. The piece garnered a standing ovation from his peers and attracted multiple publication offers. However, when he shared it online, he faced a barrage of criticism, accused of appropriating the material without the permission or involvement of the Ojibwe people. This experience left him grappling to understand how his intentions of honoring the Ojibwe culture could be perceived as harmful.
A pivotal moment came when Jason, then a graduate student at Michigan State University, stumbled upon the Boy Scouts’ annual convention on campus. A hot air balloon caught his attention, displaying an image of a Native man adorned in a headdress. In that instant, a wave of realization washed over him, as he recognized the pervasive nature of cultural appropriation throughout his youth. In 2015, Jason, donning his Boy Scout uniform, joined Indigenous students in a protest outside the convention. The response from fellow Boy Scouts was filled with anger and resistance. During a heated argument, a young scout, appearing to be around 12 years old, even brandished a pocket knife, threatening to cut off Jason’s uniform.
Jason firmly believes that the Boy Scouts should have long ended their depictions of Native American culture. Reflecting on that pivotal moment at the protest, he also acknowledges the challenges in acknowledging how certain aspects of the Boy Scouts can be harmful to Indigenous communities. He understands the resistance he encountered from the boys and expresses surprise that the leadership was unwilling to listen.

4. Insurance
Dingmun provides insurance coverage for every item we ship out. Note: You may be asked to sign for the package upon delivery.
5. Shipping and Delivery Problems
If a shipped order was lost or damaged, the shipping carrier must conduct an investigation. Please contact support to initiate a tracer within 10 business days of the item shipping from our warehouse. If the package cannot be located, the shipping carrier will process a claim for the package. Claims can take up to two weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to Dingmun, and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If the item(s) is no longer available, and a similar item is rejected, Dingmun will gladly refund your original payment.
If there are any noticeable discrepancies with your order or if the item delivered is the wrong item, please contact Dingmun to make any necessary corrections. Product discrepancies not notified to Dingmun within 5 days may not be eligible for replacement. Please do not use items that you believe are incorrect as it may void our ability to exchange or replace the items.
