How to measure
Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem.
Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way.
Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
* Due to manufacturing variances measurements may vary up to 1 inch (2.5 cm).

- Water to clean (avoid bleach) and let air dry.
Note: The rug will arrive vacuumed and sealed for protection during the shipping process. Once opened the rug may take several days to lay flat. We recommend a light vacuuming of the rug to assist in the settling process. If you want it to come flat faster, you may press them with heavy stuff, such as putting it underneath the bed pad.

4. Insurance
Dingmun provides insurance coverage for every item we ship out. Note: You may be asked to sign for the package upon delivery.
5. Shipping and Delivery Problems
If a shipped order was lost or damaged, the shipping carrier must conduct an investigation. Please contact support to initiate a tracer within 10 business days of the item shipping from our warehouse. If the package cannot be located, the shipping carrier will process a claim for the package. Claims can take up to two weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to Dingmun, and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If the item(s) is no longer available, and a similar item is rejected, Dingmun will gladly refund your original payment.
If there are any noticeable discrepancies with your order or if the item delivered is the wrong item, please contact Dingmun to make any necessary corrections. Product discrepancies not notified to Dingmun within 5 days may not be eligible for replacement. Please do not use items that you believe are incorrect as it may void our ability to exchange or replace the items.
